Comments: The first pressing of this album was, I believe, the very first Larry Norman title released on CD, and had the infamous blue disc.   There are at least two other disc art versions - this one and another silver disc version that has red dots all around instead of black.  Both the blue disc and red dot disc versions have the "Compact Disc Digital Audio" logo, the SRD 030 catalog number, a few lines of red text in the title and in the Solid Rock logo, and say "Volume One" below the year range in the title, which leads me to conclude that this is the third pressing and the red dot disc edition is the 2nd pressing.   This first version release of White Blossoms From Black Roots is different than the 1997 version, which has different cover and disc art and a slightly different song listing, including only 12 of these 16 songs, two versions of "Soul On Fire", and what appears to be a whole bunch of different mixes (though I'm not sure if they are all different from this release).  The booklet of the 1997 version is also completely different, which is why it is listed as a separate release in my discography listings and not a reissue/rerelease.
