Comments: After making the very bad mistake of letting Bob Carlisle go after only two albums, Sparrow had to be feeling pretty lousy.  But this is just a cheap attempt to try and capitalize on his sudden popularity.  Being just 4 songs short of a double album re-release of Bob's first two Sparrow albums, even the cover art  and insert photo are simply copies of those on the inserts of The Hope Of A Man.  I thought it was bizarre when Frontline/Intense decided to do a best-of Shout album based on just two albums, but AT LEAST there were a few new tracks on that album too.  You'd think part of the purpose of a best-of compilation is to encourage the purchase of the artist's older albums, but I guess not in this case.
